If you haven't been to Prince Georges Plaza oh I mean the Mall at Prince Georges lately you're in for a pleasant surprise. The new name and face for the mall isn't the only thing new around here.  Just across Belcrest Avenue construction crews are busy  putting the finishing touches on the new University Town Center.  When complete the center  will include a 14 screen theater, twelve restaurants and cafes, office space, and plenty of shopping. There are the new merchants who will populate the center, a short walk away is the mall and just across east west highway stand a brand new Circuit City and various other merchants.  The Prince George's Plaza metro stop is just a short walk. There's a Star Bucks within walking distance.
